DISCUSSION LEADERS

JOHN VARDALLAS is founder of The AmericanBoomer, an international Credit Union business consulting organization. He conducts and facilitates leadership, management development, marketing and strategic planning seminar training for credit union leadership staff and volunteer leaders.

John is one of the most requested speakers in the credit union industry and has spoken before thousands of credit union volunteers and management teams during his 20-year career. John has facilitated countless credit union strategic planning sessions across America, and has presented at credit union conferences and programs around the world.

An international trend watcher, John also helps leaders synthesize credit union industry trends into strategic organizational directions. He is the author of ‘Leadership Thoughts for Prospering in the 21st Century’

 

Darrell Jensen

Darrell Jensen is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Florida. He is currently a Certified Financial Coach helping people and companies achieve their financial goals. His passion is Financial Literacy. Darrell and his wife Lynn reside in Lakeland, Florida.

Darrell has worked as a C.O.O., C.F.O. and C.E.O. during his 30-year career in private industry. He has served Midflorida Credit Union in Lakeland, Florida on the Supervisory committee for 14 years, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors in his 10th year. He is also CCD Certified Credit Union Director through CUES.
Darrell has a B.S. and an M.B.A. degree in accounting and is currently finishing his Doctoral program at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Darrell is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
