Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Credit Union EduCruise Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency.

• A Conference Registration canceled 60 or more days prior to the start of the EduCruise is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• Registrants canceling within 60 days from the start of the EduCruise will not receive a Conference Registration Fee refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
• Conference Registration Fees may be transferred to another individual, if the Cruise Line, any included Conference Hotels, and any included transportation vendors will allow the change of names to a different individual.
• In the event that an EduCruise program is canceled by the cruise line, by a travel vendor, or by EduCruises due to unforeseen circumstances, EduCruises will refund the entire Conference Registration Fee, or offer the option of applying the Conference Registration Fee toward a future EduCruise program.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Conference Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Unforeseen Circumstances is used to describe a situation that is unexpected and prevents EduCruises from offering an EduCruise event. Examples of such circumstances can include, but not limited to, inclement weather or other natural causes, conference site unavailability, health or safety concerns, and presenter absence. 

Attendees are highly encouraged to purchase optional trip insurance offered by Fox World Travel. EduCruises is not responsible for attendee expenses associated with a cancelled event or any changes to the Itinerary.  In the unfortunate case that an event is cancelled, EduCruises will not be responsible for expenses associated with related personal travel pre or post conference.
